Bond University was experiencing difficulties integrating their Grades Review System with TechnologyOne Student Management.

They did not have the internal capability to achieve integration within a meaningful time-frame.

Bond University is Australia’s leading private not-for-profit university, offering a personalised academic environment to its students.

An ability to fully utilise the third-party Grades Review System without significant manual effort was an integral part of the project to minimise impact on other operations and maintaining the client’s well-deserved reputation.

ESAM Consultants used our in-depth knowledge of Student Management and TechnologyOne platforms to deliver a fully integrated solution.

The implemented solution was developed on Bond University’s infrastructure using C# language as a Windows Service.

Project communications with the client and other third-parties were primarily on video calls – increasing cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

At the end of the project, ESAM Consulting delivered a fully functional, automated system to integrate finalised grades for importing into Student Management.
