With small class sizes and three semesters per year, Bond offers an individual approach that gets students into the workforce sooner.
Bond University wanted to upgrade from an ageing, customised applications system. This would decrease time spent on processing applications, providing staff more time to focus on student service delivery.
WHY IT WAS IMPORTANT
Bond were looking to increase application efficiencies for local students, as well as attract foreign applicants and provide the StudyLink functionality to agents through streamlined application processes.
StudyLink was the ideal fit for this solution, allowing Bond to integrate the pre-student experience with the current student experience.
how the work was carried out
Initial meetings were carried out on site at the Gold Coast campus, with project design and implementation then carried out remotely.
ESAM Consulting remained upfront and honest about challenges and timeline throughout the process. This led to a great working relationship with existing Bond University staff, who worked closely with ESAM Consulting Solution Architects to assist the process.
OPERATIONAL OUTCOMES
Utilising APIs from StudyLink and Technology One, the integration was designed and executed seamlessly from initial testing phase to the “go-live” launch phase, with some post implementation support.
